Also available within chat is NEC’s UNIVERGE BLUE AI Assistant, powered by UNIVERGE BLUE PULSE artificial intelligence (AI). AI Assistant is a business productivity tool using Generative AI to help employees access information easily and automate repetitive or time-consuming tasks. It’s built into the CONNECT desktop and mobile applications where all business communications and collaboration happens. It appears within CONNECT chat as a UNIVERGE BLUE Contact and can be added as a favorite contact. Additionally, this new productivity tool is available, free of charge, to all UNIVERGE BLUE CONNECT users (ESSENTIALS, PRO, PRO-PLUS, with Teams, BRIDGE PRO and BRIDGE PRO-PLUS users).
